Arch support — salvation from flat feet?

In this arti­cle we will talk about the arch sup­port. An instep sup­port is also called a soft pad under the waist and an iron plate that pre­vents the shoe from bend­ing, and an ortho­pe­dic insole, etc.

Instep sup­ports are a wor­thy replace­ment for orthotics with lon­gi­tu­di­nal flat feet! But, unlike insoles, they are secure­ly fixed in shoes and do not take up much space in it.
