How was it evaluated
When compiling the rating of the best smartphones under 15,000 rubles, we took into account the following parameters:

— charging speed — the faster it charges, the higher the score;
— performance — the higher the chipset in the performance rating, the higher the score;
— camera — budget models are equipped with approximately the same sensors and lenses, so the only parameter that makes sense to compare is the number of pixels on the matrix. The more MP the main sensor has, the higher the score;
— internal storage — the more GB of internal memory, the higher the score.
We evaluated each model against other phones from the list for each of these characteristics. The maximum score for each criterion is 10 points.
