Elastic tightened skin is the personification of natural beauty, youth and health. Modern cosmetology has made a real revolution in the beauty industry, creating innovative products with which you can stay beautiful at any age.

An important secret to maintaining youth and beauty lies in moisturizing the skin and maintaining water balance. In youth and youth, the body has enough of its own resources to retain moisture in the upper layers of the epidermis. With age, the skin becomes drier, wrinkles and other changes in appearance appear. It is important to remember: moisturizing is necessary for any type of facial skin. It is worth taking care of this in advance.

The first thing you need to pay attention to when choosing moisturizers is the composition, where the main components should be substances that maintain the level of moisture in the epidermis and retain it:

1. Humidifiers — absorbent substances that attract water into the skin from the external environment and the dermis (lower layers of the skin). Humidifiers literally seal and retain moisture in the epidermis: water is inside, but the face “breathes” at the same time. Increases plasticity, reduces the roughness of the skin. Moisturizers include hyaluronic acid, urea, hydrolyzed collagen, amino acids, lactic acid. It is good when plant components are present in the composition — aloe extract, cucumber, seaweed, centella.

2. Lipids: these include oils (avocado, almond, etc.), fatty acids, vitamin E and other components that restore and maintain the epidermal barrier. It is fats that contribute to the full hydration of the skin.

For dry skin, the presence of moisturizers and lipids in the composition of care products is important; for combination and oily skin in the summer, products containing mainly moisturizers are better suited.

Serums, toners, tonics, thermal water are suitable for daily basic care.

Of course, do not forget to observe the water regime: the consumption of clean drinking water, BUT NOT DISTILLED, but rich in minerals and salts in the amount of at least 1.5–2 liters per day (if there are no contraindications for health reasons). In the summer, the loss of minerals by the body is as enhanced as liquids, then it is important to replenish the supply of minerals in order to always feel in shape.

As an additional care, at least 2–3 times a week, I recommend using masks with moisturizers. Now alginate, hydrogel and indelible masks are gaining more and more popularity.

The biggest advantage of leave-in masks over alginate and hydrogel masks is that they do not need to be rinsed off, while unlike sheet masks, they are more penetrating and deliver moisturizing substances to the deeper layers of the skin. The result is a longer lasting moisturizing effect on the skin.

For girls with combination and oily skin types, indelible masks with aloe and collagen are perfect, and masks with blueberries and collagen will also provide excellent moisturizing of the skin. If you have dry skin, then choose masks with avocado oil, vitamin E and collagen.

Do not forget about delicate cleansing of the skin, restoration of skin respiration. Here, an improved formula of products based on kaolin clay with the addition of plant components (centella, avocado, hyaluronic acid) will help you.

Nowadays, in order to stay beautiful and young, you do not need to spend a lot of time and money on salon care and plastic procedures, it is enough to regularly monitor your health and choose the right skin care products.

Love yourself and be beautiful.
